FLOATING SCAPES

The plot is located on the seashore in the Pyla area of Larnaca. Due to the nature of the place, our proposal was based on the concept of the sea, water, waves, air, wind, in addition to the idea of ships, yachts and sailing. The project was divided into 3 zones and facing the sea, so that all guest rooms, suites and villas face the sea.

The ship-inspired hotel has 9 floors. The top two floors contain residential apartments and penthouses. At the top of the hotel is a rooftop garden with a restaurant, bar and swimming pool, partially extending into the void. All of the hotel’s rooms and apartments have nearly 270-degree views of the sea. The villas at the front are placed on a lower level so that all the main spaces and pools of the hotel are unobstructed by the view.

In the basement there is a large conference center and a spa health center with a court under the landscape. Under the building are all the ancillary services. Main kitchen, storage areas, laundry facilities served by adequate supply facilities. An extensive garage space serves the entire complex in a way that allows easy access to the various residential and hotel units, so that all cars remain underground, allowing only pedestrian traffic, creating a peaceful sanctuary.
